Pioneer Valley Youth Hockey Association 3rd Annual Golf Tournament

Keep your swing from getting rusty, the 3rd annual Pioneer Valley Golf Tournament will be held on May 1st, 2010 at the East Mountain Country Club, with a prime rib or swordfish dinner!  Parents, we really need your help to make this a success.  We are able to keep the cost of hockey reasonable every year through this fundraiser.  Please read the parents letter for all of the information on how you can help with sponsors and raffle prizes.  If you have yet to participate in our golf tournament, give it a shot this year - you will have a blast!

Sponsors are a big part of our fundraising efforts - right along with making sure we have 36 foursomes! Pioneer Valley Parents, you can also fill out the sponsor form for a family sponsorship of $25.00.  Your family name will be listed on the program and you will have a sign at the tournament.  Read all about how important our sponsors are below.

Everything that you need is posted below. Just fill them out and bring them to a board member or team rep, or mail them.
